HER is an acronym devised after the fact for the first of the fish of ON to be properly discovered and logged; it was so named as it resembles quite closely the dominant sex of the Vaalbufrat (often going by she/her pronouns). The assembled acronym actually means High Exigent Rage, for their incredible brutal hunting practices, including a common cannibalistic set of practices. School of HER have been known to tear each other apart for food and sometimes, in incredible circumstances have been known to feed on themselves, making this the only species in this and adjoining sectors to non-cognitively participate in auto-cannibalism. Amongst the other species of fish, they are, for obvious reasons, avoided, to the point of entire schools dispersing from dense areas when one HER enters them. Amongst the Seebolit it is an entirely different story; the HER are primary prey as they mostly stay in low density areas and while they do make a good fuss of it, they are easily crushed and eaten by the Seebolit by the ton. Make no mistake however, these creatures are responsible for the considerable scarring found on many Seebolit.
