Just as impressive, if not more difficult to appreciate are the seas covering about 2 percent of the surface of the 'planet', which account for more than 60 percent of the volume of it. Raging against hard rock and steel alloy enforced shores, the seas never quite gain ground but they do not give up, evidenced by the tears and gashes in the shoreline running only a few yards in at their maximum but present a considerable danger to anyone examining the high walled shores across this odd world. For all their rage and power however, the seas produce (along with a rudimentary climate generation system) mostly clear skies, save for the occasional light shower.
